We are a family run business with over 14 years experience in the stove industry.

Our HETAS registered showroom is situated just 3 miles from junction. 24 off the A55 (Abergele) on our family farm and has over 60 stoves on display plus five live displays including Clearview stoves, we can supply wood buring stoves, multi fuel stoves, pellet stoves, inset fires, gas fires, stoves with boilers, stove spares and range cookers.
We also stock flexible liner, flue pipe and double skin insulated flues for your convenience. 

We work closely with competent engineers to arrange HETAS certified installations for our customers where required and cover most of the North Wales, Cheshire and Wirral areas.
We can also provide all the advice and parts required for a DIY installation.

North Wales Stoves Ltd. have also been manufacturing our own range of heavy duty redwood picnic benches since 2005.
Hand built from heavy duty Swedish redwood timber that is sourced from sustainable forests.
Our picnic benches are available in a range of sizes and have become very popular with both commercial and domestic customers.

In addition to these we also manufacture wooden log stores which can be built to any size.

Why HETAS?
HETAS is the official body recognised by the government to approve solid fuel domestic heating appliances, fuels and services.
 
HETAS Ltd. In conjunction with the solid fuel association has introduced a registration scheme for engineers and companies working in the domestic solid fuel market.
The objective for that scheme is to ensure that any consumer wishing to have a new appliance can contact a contractor who employs competent engineers.
Most installations of solid fuel and wood biomass appliances and systems are subject to the requirements of Building Regulations and are notifiable to the Local Authority in your area by law. HETAS registered installers can self-certify their work thus avoiding the need for costly and time consuming Building Notice applications to the local Building Control Department.

HETAS Registered Businesses leave the customer with a Compliance Certificate and send a copy to HETAS for onward notification to the Local Authority.
This is a simple and effective process costing a few pounds whereas the local authority Building Notice can cost hundreds of pounds in some cases.

The Certificates issued by HETAS and the notifications to Local Authority are important records demonstrating that work was done legally, by registered competent businesses and individuals and records that the registered business carried out the work in accordance with Building Regulations.
When people sell their houses – the information about work carried out under the Building Regulations in England & Wales is used by Solicitors on their inquiry forms and failure to demonstrate compliant work where applicable, can adversely affect the sale of properties.
Home insurance companies may also wish to see this certification in the event of a claim and many stove manufacturers warranties are void if your stove has not been installed by a competent person.

HETAS Registered retailers must meet standards for service and quality, HETAS registered retailers attend a trainig course and have HETAS advice sheets available on site for their customers convenience.

We have fully trained staff on site to help you chose an appliance that is right for you and to advise you if required the best way to install your appliance. We can also arrange a site survey in our local area and an itemised estimate for the costs involved and parts required when installing your chosen appliance.
